You land on the payment page with your choice filled in, enter your e-mail, pay, and then add your EA account e-mail and backup codes to the order. Delivery runs by Comfort Trade, within 2 hours; once the coins are in, the order switches to Completed.

Yes. Type it into the Other amount field of the order bar. Anything from 100,000 coins upward works, and the price updates as you type. If the number is below the minimum, the bar says so and does not send you on, which saves a round trip to the payment page.

Not through this site. The checkout lists coins for PlayStation, Xbox and PC only. EA keeps Switch clubs apart anyway: Switch and Switch 2 clubs are linked to each other only, and the Switch market is separate from both the console market and PC.

Debit or credit card on Stripe’s secure payment page, where you type the card details at Stripe rather than on the checkout itself, and cryptocurrency in USDT or USDC, with the exact sum and the wallet address on the payment page. PayPal is possible if you ask support in the live chat before paying and get a payment request.

Every payment method adds a service fee of its own, and the checkout shows it next to the method’s name before you confirm. The prices on our pages are the price of the coins alone, so the final total depends on how you pay. Comparing methods on the payment page takes a few seconds and can save a little.

Look for the confirmation page with an order number and the e-mail that comes with it, including in spam. Make sure you are signed in with the e-mail used at payment. If money has left your account and nothing arrived, contact support on the checkout with that e-mail, the amount and the time of payment.

The e-mail address of your EA account and a few backup codes, entered on the order after payment. Each code signs in once, so send several. The checkout asks for nothing else from your EA account. Everything about the method, including the statuses you will see, is on the delivery page.

The checkout gives within 2 hours, counted from the moment your details are in. The most common reason for a pause is a code that has already been used, so prepare fresh ones. If the order stays in progress much longer than that, ask in the order chat, quoting the order number.

Leave the club alone until the order is done. Agree anything you need with the seller in the order chat on the checkout, and say there if you must sign in for some reason. Keeping contact in that chat also protects you: it hides contact details and links, and sellers may not move you elsewhere.

Not with a button: write to support on the checkout by live chat, Discord or e-mail. Give your order number, the e-mail used, the date, the amount, the payment method and your reason. The window for a request is 21 days from the payment date, and refunds return to the payment method you used.

Everything, if the checkout could not deliver. The undelivered part, if delivery had started. If you changed your mind, or your account did not meet the order’s conditions, 10% of the amount is kept to cover processing. A fully delivered order is not refunded, and neither is a price drop after you bought.

The checkout does not refund an order when a game publisher acts because of the buyer’s own conduct, for example using bots or signing in during an order without agreeing it in the order chat. That is one more reason to read what EA says about buying coins, just below, before you decide.

No. EA’s rules for FC 27 say coins should not be bought from a third party, and its User Agreement asks players to stay out of buying and selling in-game currency. EA also lists comfort trades among things that damage the game economy. Buying is a decision you make knowing that; we would rather say it plainly than hide it.

EA lists removing coins, restricting the Transfer Market, removing you from leaderboards, deleting the Ultimate Team club, bans from online play or from EA games, and console suspension, and says these can apply as a first-time action. We cannot tell you how likely any of them is in your case, and no honest seller can either.

Use two-factor verification, keep your own copy of the backup codes and replace them after the order, keep contact inside the order chat and never send anything else from your account. Ignore offers that arrive outside the checkout. EA also warns that coin sellers often want sign-in details, so treat any request beyond the e-mail and codes as a red flag.
